Kolo & Kafana Night

A tamburica orchestra from Chicago, a dance floor that stays open until midnight, and a kitchen run by the church women's circle. Bring the kids — the first hour is theirs.

About this event

The orchestra opens at 7:30 with a set of old kafana standards, then the folklore group takes the floor for a short program around 8:30. After that the floor is open — kolo all night, with the band taking requests.

The kitchen serves ćevapi, sarma and pljeskavica from 7:00 until it runs out, which it usually does by 10. Cash bar with rakija, pivo and juice for the kids. Coffee and cakes are served late.
